Students from our International Education Center achieved outstanding results in the 2026 Continental Calculus League (CCL)!

Thanks to their solid mathematical foundation and exceptional logical thinking skills, Zheng Yanke and Yuan Boen were awarded the National Gold Award and National Silver Award, respectively.

About the Competition

The Continental Calculus League (CCL) was founded in 1980 by veteran mathematics educators Joseph Quarararo and Henry Hull, each with more than 30 years of teaching experience. After more than four decades of development, CCL has become one of the most influential interschool calculus competitions worldwide.

The competition is designed by an experienced team of American mathematics educators and covers core calculus topics such as limits, derivatives, and integrals. It evaluates not only students' computational and analytical abilities but also their mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Closely aligned with the AP Calculus AB curriculum, CCL serves as an excellent platform for assessing students' Ｍastery of calculus. Its awards are recognized by universities around the world and provide valuable academic credentials for students applying to overseas institutions.

As calculus is a foundational subject in many university majors, CCL is particularly suitable for students preparing for AP Calculus examinations. Participation in the competition complements classroom learning while providing students with a prestigious recognition of their mathematical abilities, enhancing their competitiveness for future STEM-related university applications.
